For the past 2.5 years, I’ve led the Design Team for Lite e-commerce at Żabka Polska, scaling and supporting teams across 4 digital products.
I built a multidisciplinary design team to support Żabka Polska's business strategy, delivering top-quality design for the new Żappka app, serving over 6.5 M users.
